DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 7-10 business days for the United States Europe and selected Territories.

  • Express Shipping: $29.00 for any order. Delivery within 3-4 business days.

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Gentsuitspage cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender , marked by the carrier as “delivered”, or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, Gentsuitspage is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier. 

Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. GenSuitspage will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

ORDERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 60% of an item’s value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by DHL, TNT, USPS, FEDEX or PTS depending on the weight and size of the product.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
