Returns and exchanges Policy:
Returns and exchanges within 20 days after purchase:
We accept changes or returns as long the buyer has mentioned the exact heigh and weight in our final checkout note box.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Returns will not be accepted. Items will be double checked and erroneous or defective items will not be delivered. *Disputes can only be opened up to 5 days after customer received order.
NOTA #01: If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item. Please send us email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return; your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.
NOTA #02: If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.

- If you change your mind, you can exchange your items within 20 days of delivery. If 20 days have already been passed, we are not able to offer any exchange.
- Exchange products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- No exchanges are possible for customized products.
- Exchange products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.
- If your exchange do not comply with our Exchange Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.
- Please note customer has to bear all custom & Shipping expenses.
- Items are double checked before shipping and erroneous or defectives items are not delivered.
Out of stock:
Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancelling an order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it as your order might have already been processed.
